It was a tale England would love to forget in the India VS England Pink Ball Test as they were bowled over twice in just 193 runs playing only 76 overs.This is the lowest ever total England has made against any team.It was just 125 minutes before the English came to bat in second innings. It was as if the ball had its own mind. The pitch where batting was a nightmare won’t be forgotten soon and England batting lineup was never prepared for such turning pitches. The big massacre was that Axar & Ashwin only bowled for atmost 30 overs and they got 7 in 10 dismissals either bowled or leg-before. This pitch was the perfect stage for India to start with 2 spinners from both sides. A rocket from Axar took Zac Crawley’s wicket even before he could prepare his footwork and position better behind the stumps. Bairstow was looking for the ball to spin, but it came straight at 92kmph like a dart and plump,BOWLED! Root manged to stay on the crease after being given leg-before by umpire, using DRS he saved himself. But, not for long as he falls in similar Patel’s deliveries ,giving Patel his 10th wicket.Ashwin painted off Stokes, Pope & Archer as they froze at the mysterious bounce & length. Foakes was taken down by Axar again by his awkward spin and got him leg-before, when he was hoping against hope that he edged the ball. England batsmen fell like 9 pins as they managed to get only 49 runs lead. India won by 10 wickets and Skipper Virat Kohli said ‘it was a good pitch but the batsmen from both the sides weren’t upto it on both days’. The second India VS England Pink Ball Test is officially the shortest game since World War II. India started their second innings with Rohit Sharma & Shubhman Gill coming to the crease and knocked off the English lead in just 7.2 overs to give India a unassailable lead in the Test series. Although India need to win or draw the next Test match to play the ICC Test Championship Final.

It feels Amazing actually (to reach 400 Test Wickets).The entire stadium stood up and clapped for me. Pleased it happened in the winning cause.But Axar (Patel) bowled beautifully in the third innings. I can’t really get a grip of what has happened in the last 2-3 months.It has been a dreamy Run & a Fairystyle.
